Very happy with Cassels Garage! Great customer service, fair pricing and turnover. I often have a felling of getting ripped off when dealing with car repairs, even suspect some places for harvesting the good parts and putting in old stuff... (it sounds funny, but I don't know how to check if everything is intact after they are done). This will be the place I will have my truck serviced from now on :D

These guys are great ! I needed the check engine light in my car diagnosed. They looked at my car, told me what was wrong with it, and did not charge me for the information. It was something they did not work on. Honest people are hard to find these days.

These guys take care of you . Riley was amazing to talk to, ended up staying and chatting the whole time when I was going to just drop it off just because of how much it I enjoyed talking with him and the Cassels group. I forget the name of the technician but they came in to explain everything going on with my suspension and suggested what would fix the problem . Just that conversation made me realize just how great the service here is. I understood everything going on and felt completely confident I found the right shop. Got a great quote that no where else could beat . I will be back with all my problems , I won’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my car , here I know they will do the job and go above and beyond , love these guys , seriously an amazing business and amazing auto repair shop!

They got my jeep in right away. Diagnosed the problem and once the part was in scheduled the work. Very nice technicians, listen to your needs and very accommodating to work around your schedule. They don't try to sell you anything extra, just concentrate on fixing your problems on your vehicle. I can see they pride themselves on customer service and doing the job right. Very satisfied with this garage!

Cassel’s knows Tesla. Replaced LED headlight fixture for slightly lower price than Tesla. Tesla quoted two hours if I waited for the vehicle. Cassels got it done in one hour. Scheduling appointment with smart helpful staff instead of Tesla App

I have come in for oil changes and various maintenance work as needed over the last year for my car. I have been very pleased with the service I have received. They bring to your attention things that need to be addressed and aren’t pushy! Highly recommend you come here if you need work done.

10/10. Their diesel tech knows his stuff; my VW has had multiple issues, but Jeremy and his staff know how to keep the dang thing alive. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know, these guys are amazing.

I’m not sure what these bad reviews are at all!! These guys are amazing! Brett and Riley up front are the perfect dynamic duo and with the help of the guys in the shop this is EXACTLY who you want working on your vehicle(s). They go above and beyond to make sure you’re leaving as satisfied as possible. They have snacks, drinks, comfy chairs, tv , and even a shuttle van if you didn’t want to hang out at the shop. I can’t express enough what these guys have done for me and my family when it comes to maintaining our vehicles. I will forever bring my vehicles to yall! I can’t thank you enough!!:))

Very happy with the service. They fixed my coolant system after my car broke down. They did what they said they were going to do. They dealt with me honestly and fairly. Car runs great now. AC also works much better. Pretty sure I'm getting better gas mileage now as well
